Dr. Obiagwu is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He completed his residency, cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York.
As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Obiagwu has a special interest in complex coronary and structural heart disease-related cardiac interventions.In his spare time, Dr. Obiagwu enjoys spending time with his wife and baby girl, exploring all the beauty that Wichita Falls has to offer.

My name is Clare Obiagwu. I am the manager for Advanced Heart and Vascular Medicine. I assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; manage and oversee our HR policies, programs and practices. With a degree in Law and a Masters in Political Science (with a concentration in International Relations), I look forward to this journey in the medical field and cannot wait to build great relationships with our new patients.
I am Christa Pierre-Louis, from the beautiful and mountainous Caribbean island of Dominica (not to be confused with the Dominican Republic). I am the Medical Biller at Advanced Heart and Vascular Medicine. When I obtained my bachelor’s degree in international Trade a few years ago, working in healthcare was the farthest thing from my mind. However, life sometimes takes us down unexpected pathways and I am enjoying this new journey. I am excited about the new opportunities and challenges I will encounter at Advanced Heart and Vascular Medicine.
